How to beat slivers?

Hello, lately some sliver deck has been the top deck in my play group (m14 slivers mainly)
Whats a good counter to sliver decks? It looks like they dont really got a solid tactic or something, just all random slivers buffing eachather up in all possible ways :s
What are you playing?
wraths work well: Supreme Verdict , Rolling Temblor , Mutilate etc.
Spot removal works great: Searing Spear , Doom Blade . Azorius Charm , etc. especially after declare attackers but before blocker. Kill the sliver that's the issue and watch the weakened others die to unfavorable blocks.

Stop them early, mostly. Board wipes like Supreme Verdict are good, Terminus is even better since it isn't stopped by Rootborn Defenses or Boros Charm . Slivers are also weak against flyers, so if you have your Geist of Saint Traft with Spectral Flight slivers are going to be hard-pressed to race you. Countering them works as well, now that Dissipate is still in standard.
It really depends on what colors the Slivers are though. If it's a 3 or 4 color deck, hitting them with Burning Earth might work

If you're not in standard, look for something like Eradicate . Things to exile all copies. Slaughter Games , Sever the Bloodline , Surgical Extraction , etc.

Council of the Absolute or Nevermore naming their best Sliver could do the trick too. Detention Sphere helps to get rid of them once they're on the battlefield.

Going on with what DaShPrime was saying, if you then put Indestructibility on any of those you can prevent them from using enchantment hate on it directly.

Run.
Run away, dude.
You don't beat Slivers. Slivers beat you.

any time a manaweft hits the board, find removal for it, i play standard slivers someitmes for fun, at m14 FNM release i went 4-1 bc no one was expecting or planned to deal with it,
manaweft is key to huge acceleration, spot removal since a majority are non black, and no multicolored is easy with access to 4 doom blade, 4 ultimate price, 4 victim of night, a mono black deck would crush slivers, and targeting key slivers will crumble a board

If you're not playing standard, try Hivestone . Turn all your creatures into Slivers too and get them all of the Sliver abilities. Just make sure you run a lot of creatures.

Well, that doesn't work so well with the M14 ones since most of them say "slivers you control..." Use to work well with the old slivers though.

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
I splash Sentinel Sliver into my Naya aggro deck, as well as a couple other cards that are pretty good as standalone slivers. (Yes, I'm aware "standalone sliver" makes you think my IQ's a bit closer to Jim the Cactus, but bear with me.)

Assuming you're talking about Standard, I would just say go with a lot of cheap removal; black and red seem to offer the best options. There are a couple guys at my shop who have had success with Slivers and it seemed like ramping Manaweft Sliver into Garruk, Caller of Beasts is what made it work, so make sure you save a removal to kill those Manawefts on arrival. Board wipes are good too, but they usually pack some Boros Charm so watch out for that.
Also, I feel like straight aggro is faster than Slivers unless they just draw nuts so mono Red, Gruul or Monowhite Humans seem to be good matchups. Even Junk is good since the trampling Sliver is terrible and thus not played, though that deck is going out soon.

Sliver decks can be changed into certain styles. You could add in a couple of red slivers, put in Magma Jet s etc. and have a fast deck. Best bet is board wipe, but I play a sliver deck with things like Mutavault , which, unless I activate it, doesn't generally get destroyed, or, of course, Boros Charm , which makes em all indestructible. Honestly though, my least favorite decks are ones that Shock all my 1/1s and Rage of Purphos my Megantics.

I don't think slivers are viable anymore without cavern of souls. Stop necroing stuff, theres nothing to worry about.

Schuesseled, Slivers are totally viable, in standard only, as Mutavault is an option. I know from personal experience that they do work because of my own deck. I have a usual of 3-1 or 4-0 with it. Although you're right that Cavern of Souls is a big loss :P

Lots of removal. Board wipes if possible, or just have bigger creatures. There are many ways to beat them, they are by-far not the greatest deck around
