Card draw when adding +1/+1 counters?

Hello!
I'm looking for more cards that gives card draw when adding +1/+1 counters to my creatures. I already have Danny Pink and Terrasymbiosis. Are there any other such cards?
The rest I find are cards like Bred for the Hunt that cares about creatures with +1/+1 counters dealing combat damage. And that is not as... Convenient in when proliferate matters.
Commander is Atraxa, Praetors' Voice in case you wonder.
Uh, Generous Patron maybe? If you're a bit desperate, or can just render the creature irrelevant despite the buff? Better obviously with -1/-1 counters, but that can be a lot of drawing if you use Proliferate effects.

Hollowmurk Siege is one (once per turn).
Marcus, Mutant Mayor is another one with combat damage.

Thank you all for the suggestion. All of these are nice, but limited to either counter being put on that single creature (Fathom Mage and Dusk Legion Duelist) or dependent on combat damage.
Hollowmurk Siege is interesting indeed, but since I currently dont have a reliable way of putting counters on during another player's turn, I am better off with the phyrexian arena I have.
But ngl, Fathom Mage is at least going to my "keep in mind" list.

Yes, both Terrasymbiosis and Danny Pink are one time use. But Terrasymbiosis counts for each counter. So if 3 counters are put at once, I draw two cards. Danny Pink gives the ability to each creature. So with 2 or more creatures out, that is a draw-two (or more) effect.

You could always forego the +1+1 counter hoop. Ohran Frostfang, Toski, Bearer of Secrets, Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, The Indomitable, and Reconnaissance Mission immediately come to mind in those colors.

Breena, the Demagogue, Cleopatra, Exiled Pharaoh, Galadriel, Light of Valinor, Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, Pollywog Prodigy, and Shadrix Silverquill are all options I run in these colors.
I personally ran Reyhan, Last of the Abzan *f-etch* / Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker because I found The Ozolith in my Command zone was more impactful and explosive than a single proliferate per turn.
Blade of Selves for example on Reyhan is a commander damage kill as early as turn 3 (turn 1: land, sol ring, Blade of Selves. turn 2: Reyhan. Turn 3: Equip to Reyhan and attack.) Blade makes 2 Reyhans that immediately die to the legend rule. The 6 +1+1 counters from the 2 dying Reyhans are seen and replaced by all 3 Reyhans for 18x +1+1 counters on the original 3/3 for a perfect 21 commander damage. Rite of Replication kicked and targeting Reyhan is 90x +1+1 counters (15 counters seen by 6 Reyhans).

Soul Diviner doesn't get you a card for placing counters but can let you burn counters. Also, they can be any kind of counter.
Iron Spider, Stark Upgrade again doesn't draw cards for placing counters but for removing them. Bonus for being a aggro piece and +1 counter enabler for artifact creatures. You can always swing with him and activate on the endstep before your turn.
Both of these are probably sub par but could be good flavor options.

Two cards not mentioned above:
Exemplar of Light (same issue as Fathom Mage though)
Inspiring Call (kind of a one-time Danny Pink effect that can also save your creatures from Wrath of God style board wipes).

I am well aware of all those "combat damage triggered" draws. But I want to not be restricted by combat damage. I already have Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar for that and was planning on complementing him with Bred for the Hunt. But now I am thinking of opting for Enduring Curiosity instead; why limit myself to drawing on combat with only +1/+1 counter creatures, and enduring curiosity also gives me another body to use an attacker.
But really, at this point, Toski, Bearer of Secrets is the best option.
Breena, the Demagogue is a very interesting card.
However, today I found a new (to me) card: Falco Spara, Pactweaver which essentially can capitalize on my collected counters.

Yeah, but the angel is significantly better due to the evasion, and the additional synergy with Atraxa's lifelink.
Inspiring Call I feel like is the staple +1 counters matters card. It is literally reprinted in every deck now that cares about +1 counters. And yet I keep cutting it for spells.

MortisAngelus Yeah, I checked your list afterwards. Look into Cleopatra, you draw cards equal to the counters but no matter how many counters there are, it's 2 life total. I only mention that because I personally initially thought it was 2 life per card.

Fathom Mage is my go-to for Pir and Toothy, but it only counts itself. Toothy, Imaginary Friend is worth a shout, too, but you have to kill it. Most everything else I find is either once a turn, like Dusk Legion Duelist, or has another intervening action, like paying for Stocking the Pantry.
