EDH deck fix

I am playing A Group of Rats is Called a Mischief and I love it but, I have noticed that the combos can be hard to pull off sometimes. I think this is because there is a 2-3 card setup plus the specific combo card(s) needed.
I am looking for mono-black "search library" cards. They can be any kind of card type but, for creatures they should fit the tribal theme as much as possible. And all cards should be low mana cost or have a work around for the mana cost.
If anyone could help help me I would be so thankful.

I think some card draw would help fix your problem. In a deck like this, Skullclamp will do some serious digging for you. Necropotence would also be solid, and Phyrexian Arena, Greed, Arguel's Blood Fast
Flip, and Underworld Connections are other good choices. Digging will get you to the answers you seek. Also, you might consider Grafted Exoskeleton. Equip that to your Crypt Rats, and its thanks for playing, come again.

I agree with bushido_man96. Except for 1 thing that is. Never run Greed when you can run Erebos, God of the Dead instead. Sure, searching gives you an instant benefit and has an important place in any deck, but without draw engines you have little to back it up

The only reason I didn't mention Erebos, God of the Dead was because it didn't fit with his rat theme. Otherwise, I would run it myself.

These are really great suggestions and actually gave me new combos letting me use my life as a resource with Arguel's Blood Fast

Crypt Rats
or Skullclamp+My Infinite Combo (NYC Subway Simulator in the combo list of the deck). Especially effective with the life loss because my "poor poor rats" get picked on in my group. This has made me think of new stuff I want to tweak like infect protection (if that's a thing) and/or giving all my rats haste (for low mana cost of course)
