ANd I bring more gifts for you to look at I used to run a discard deck back when I was into modern:P The Rack, Shrieking Affliction, Fate Unraveler Insidious Dreams, Archfiend of Ifnir, Magus of the Jar, Nin, the Pain Artist, Blue Sun's Zenith, Geth's Grimoire (If I was into izzet I would run this)

Library of Leng is great in Nekusar for avoiding your own discards. Also no max hand size is nice. Perplex is nice as a counterspell if you need it, but its real value is in tutoring for 3 cmc cards. I think Eye of the Storm is really funny in Nekusar if you can get multiple wheel effects on it. Whirlpool Warrior is a wheel effect on a stick. Ebony Owl Netsuke is a good pain card.

Mikokoro, Center of the Sea and Kumena's Awakening could work to get you ahead.

I find the biggest challenge when I play my Nekusar deck is being able to close out games. By the time your opponents start getting close to death, every player at the table hates your guts and is gunning for you. Crawlspace, Meishin, the Mind Cage, and Silent Arbiter can help slow down combat damage.
The next biggest struggle is life gain. playing any deck with significant life gain just means your giving them all the gas they need to take you out. My personal favorite to deal with this is Forsaken Wastes, but Tainted Remedy is good too.
Lastly here are two cards that have won me games: Forced Fruition (might be out of budget) and Vicious Shadows.

Thanks dude! I find that i have the same problems that you have. I'll definitely be getting forced fruition for that crazy control AND mill. That art on the mind cage is pretty freaky tbh, but i've definitely been wanting to add it, arby, and crawl to my deck.

The only problem is that I dont really play anymore :(

I run Nekusar as a mill deck The Old Grixis Mill. Some fun cards are Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, Stolen Strategy and Etali, Primal Storm
