So, I was perusing MTGGoldfish.com, when I stumbled across a deck similar to this. It utilized the main combo of Sage of Hours along with Dragonscale General, but I realized that there may have been a lot more support released since the article's post date. Therefor, wanted to see if there was something here that may be playable in modern today. As always, suggestions are always welcome. Keep in mind this a somewhat of a budget build, so no Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Tarmogoyf, or otherwise ridiculously overpriced piece of cardboard.
