As a new player, this is a deck that I am trying out.

Creatures
There are several Artifact type creatures that benefit from Chief of the Foundry.
Inventor's Apprentice also benefits from the artifact creatures.

Lavastep Raider is there as an early 1 drop, should I get more Mountain cards than Swamp. Preferably, the opening hand will start with Night Market Lookout to start some early aggression.

Following up on turn 2 with Speedway Fanatic.

With several lower drops, I've included Mirrorwing Dragon. With the cards of Rush of Vitality and Subtle Strike to boost my board.

With life gains from Night Market Lookout, Rush of Vitality and Filigree Familiar, I can keep up with card drawing from Ob Nixilis Reignited .

Chandra, Torch of Defiance is too powerful to leave out. With the couple madness cards of Fiery Temper and Murderous Compulsion , there is the double benefit of choosing the 2 Damage and then playing the madness cost (If I understand that correctly).

Combustible Gearhulk is a bit risky due to the milling, but also has the benefit of doing damage in return for that. Plus having a 6/6 on the board to deal with.

Removal
I have planned for several removals, such as Noxious Gearhulk, Ob Nixilis Reignited , Harsh Scrutiny, Murderous Compulsion , Gonti, Lord of Luxury and Mind Rot.

Deadlock Trap has been included to also put other creatures out of play, but only for two turns.

Conclusion
I understand this is doing quite a bit, with several things benefiting from several other things. As a newer player, I do not have 4x of certain cards to keep things more consistent, and why I have gone this route with this deck.
