Evasive Mono Blue Deck, pretty straightforward: Get many small evasive creatures, Bident of Thassa an Chusm Skulker . Then pump him via carddraw.

I am currently testing Darksteel Citadel again as suggested, together with 2 more of Ensoul Artifact.

Pro: possible turn 2 undestructable 5/5, not too bad!

Con: No evasion, which i need for darddraw with Bident... but not needed with Military Inteeligence

Had to cut the 2 of Illusory Angel for it, but it's not as big of an drwawback since I want to play Chasm Skulker over it anyways.
