Its similar to delver except without a lot of the classic delver cards. Blue white allows for some good creatures along with some interesting tempo cards such as feeling of dread.

If you put in the the sprites, miscreants, delver, and maybe even deputy of acquittals, and take out the current creatures, I think you could make a really strong blue white delver.
