A fun mono white charbelcher deck that uses Oswald Fiddlebender to cheat a Goblin Charbelcher into play. Whereas most belcher decks do not run any basics in the main (not uncommon to see 1 in the side though) we have 2 that we use to hedge against land destruction effects and enable cards like Wildfield Borderpost that oswald can later sacrifice to put belcher into play. The rest of the deck revolves around either mana production, manipulation, or just staying alive (looking at you creatures).

The sideboard is tailored to my general guess on the future meta but feel free to customize it if you try it yourself. The only thing worth commenting on otherwise would be the role of Teferi, Time Raveler to bounce troublesome artifacts like Stony Silence or enchantments such as Leyline of Sanctity. Teferi is also used to negate most blue based interaction.
