When I was 15 years old, I made a deck out of mashing together two copies of the Darksteel "Transference" deck.

I loved the "Modular" mechanic so much, I even got a hold of 3x Arcbound Ravager s early on!

Fast Forward ~15 years... I discovered Hardened Scales , Mox Opal , and Affinity Modern decks in general.

A weird inclusion in this deck is Nissa, Voice of Zendikar , who can add +1/+1 counters as soon as it's played, in contrast to Steel Overseer , who needs to wait a turn.
