Cryptic Command v Familiar's Ruse — Aug. 7, 2012

I have been toying with the idea of taking out Familiar's Ruse for Cryptic Command for a little bit and wanted some thoughts. I like the Ruse because it is on tempo with a minor drawback (about the same mana wise as the Command), however, the Command has the obvious versatility and power over the Ruse. Thoughts?
