Sire Of Insanity + Blood Scrivener. That's how i constructed my deck.

The deck has a bunch of removal + mass removal, Slaughter Games (better in sb, but the meta where i play is heavy control) which should take down most of the threat.

Staff of Nin is ok with the "insanity combo".

Shrieking Affliction deals a lot after the "insanity combo"

Deathrite Shaman + Crypt Incursion = use what they discarded + graveyard hate.

Vampire Nighthawk is a win card, just play it.

Master of Cruelties + Rogue's Passage (or without it) is a wincon, and hard to deal with after the "insanity combo".

2x Liliana of the Veil end the game, tempo the game for you or get killed.
