Locking players out of drawing cards with Narset as the center of the deck. Teferi allows you to cast Day's undoing after an opponent draws for the turn, filling your hand while making the opponent's hand empty. Anvil and Narset together shrinks an opponents hand turn after turn till they can no longer have a hand. The rest is all about drawing and staying alive.
