Modern deck centered around Jalira, Master Polymorphist. Every creature with the exception of the Eldrazi are cheap one or two drop legendaries, some of which net you a free incidental card draw as well. Eventually, you’ll draw and play Jalira, then on the following turn simply tap and sacrifice one of the other legendaries to call forth a mighty Lovecraftian horror for a third of its intended casting cost. As these will be the only viable targets for Jalira’s ability, the specific Eldrazi can be custom tuned to suit your particular play style or circumstance. I just picked some pretty ones when I cobbled this together. Any top tier, non-legendary Eldrazi will hit like a truck.

3 copies of Time of Need makes finding Jalira that much easier. We also include Cryptic Command and Spell Pierce to buy time if necessary. Serum Visions brings deck manipulation at a CMC that can’t be beat, along with 3 copies of Opt for filtering.

Any suggestions are most welcome; I’m not too familiar with Blue in general.
