Hinata doesn't get as much love as I would like to see in casual and legacy formats. (or at least in my play groups). The main goal of this version is to have enough card draw through Whirlwind of Thought and Jeskai Ascendancy to be able to support the win cons through Mass Manipulation , Hinata itself, and Elsha, the Infinite . Everything else is either an instant or sorcery that disrupts the opponent's board in some way.

This is a budget build, as I really want to show just how much damage Hinata can do on the cheap, but obviously could use a better land base and maybe some more expensive support cards like what are in the maybeboard.
