I'd suggest Diabolic Edict or Tribute to Hunger (for Modern) rather than one of your removals for indestructible/hexproof.
And/or, might change one to include planeswalkers, like Never//Return, Ruinous Path, or Hero's Downfall.
Either way, would keep one 2 CMC and another 3. Curve is sort of wonky now as it stands unless you add in Waste Not.

I like the idea (have always loved the Specters). For Casual/Vintage, this is pretty slow for the format. For Modern, it's way illegal. Also, the nature of the deck (Nihil Stone being your heavy hitter, what with most creatures being 3-4 CMC), you are almost negating the second mode of the card. If you want to stick with the theme, would highly recommend Waste Not for board presence, draw, etc. You could actually include a full playset and almost ditch blue completely.
