This deck focuses on killing the opponent using creatures with flying, or dominating the opponent using removals and "prison-like" cards to slow the game, while hitting them with cheap flying cards. Or simply, delaying/killing the ones on the ground while straightly attacking on the air.

There are few cards which have a good synergy in this deck. I really like the Skyrider Elf and Dance of the Skywise combo, because the flyers becomes 7/7 because it doesn't remove the counters once it transformed, and since you can do that in turn 4, you can cast another 2cc spell, which could be Artful Manuever: or Titanic Growth, swinging for 9 or 11 in turn 4.

Another is the Icefeather Aven and Whirler Rogue, casting the Rogue putting 2 Thopter: and then morphing the Aven can be really cool especially if you don't have anything to cast on that turn.

This deck has the option to go tempo or aggro depending on your opponent, you can cast Pacifism or Singing Bell Strike to slow down your opponent, or using Immolating Glare to destroy them.

This deck is on the budget and is happily accepting suggestions. :)
