Here is my brew for the new pioneer format! It is an enchantment based mill deck that survives by turbo fogging until it can achieve victory. To work properly this deck must hit its third land drop every game to get the enchantments online, hence the 25 land count. The most notable weakness that I can see at the moment is burn spells and baby teferi. Input on how to deal with this threat would be appreciated!

Enchantments

Dictate of Kruphix : The best draw engine in this deck. It enables me to have a hand full of fog cards and triggers my mill enchantments.

Monastery Siege : A weaker version of dictate of kruphix. Initially I was going to run 3 colors and splash red for Fevered Visions and use that instead of monastery siege. However, the 3 colors were a bit too clunky for my liking so I went simic instead.

Psychic Corrosion : Baby tutelage. It does not get shut off by leyline.

Sphinx's Tutelage : The big mill engine.

Everything Else

Fog : Its literally called fog...

Haze of Pollen : Its a fog that cycles!

Root Snare : Its a fog.

Winds of Qal Sisma : Its a fog.

Treasure Cruise : Because card draw and I will have a bunch of fogs in my GY to delve with.
