This is very close to the average Hardened Scales Affinity list you will find in various locations online, and is the exact list I currently have sleeved up in my deck box. As an Affinity player, it has been fun to watch the hardened scales archetype develop into one of the most powerful new decks in Modern.

While normal Affinity is an extremely explosive and powerful deck, playing Hardened Scales Affinity grants you the ability to grind through longer match ups much easier due to the resiliency it has against non-exile removal. You are, however, very reliant on the name sake of the deck Hardened Scales. The deck can function without it in play, but you really want this card in your opening hand and on the board T-1.
