Key is to get snakes out and get counters on them then use Slip Through Space to send them in unblockable.

Mystic Snake is a huge tempo shift. Lorescale Coatl is the big bomb and Prime Speaker Zegana can quickly end a game if you can cast her with one on the field. Simic Charm, Fate Transfer, Deprive, Shielding Plax, Snake Umbra all help with removal and Favor of the Overbeing can make the other creatures into threats. Sakura-Tribe Scout keeps fuel going for Deprive and also helps ramp with Simic Growth Chamber.
