My old Tooth and Nail deck, which is just like almost every other Tooth and Nail deck. This is just a list of cards I had in my copy of the deck. Sensei's Top was legal at the time of this deck's existence, which the whole deck was standard/"type II" format.
Main combos:
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Mephidross Vampire + Triskelion
- Infinite damage combo. Kiki-Jiki makes a copy of Mephidross Vampire, then Triskelion removes a counter from itself to damage itself. When it does it gains two +1/+1 counters, so rinse/repeat until you have infinite counters, then deal infinite damage to infinite creatures and infinite players.
Eternal Witness + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Mindslaver
- Control your opponent's turns for the rest of the game.
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Sundering Titan
- Destroy all basic lands within a few turns by spamming Sundering Titan's two abilities every turn.
Eternal Witness + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Sylvan Scrying
- Go get all the Urzatron stuff you need until you're set up enough to do the above combos.
Boseiju, Who Shelters All + Tooth and Nail
Ensure your Tooth and Nail goes off without being countered.

- Get anything from your graveyard back every turn, particularly Tooth and Nail.
Duplicant + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
- Exile an opponent's creature every turn. But also, with making your own copy of anything on the board every turn there's surely some shenanigans to be had here.
