@SufferFromEDHD - I ended out dropping a land for a mana rock, that was a good suggestion. Spreading Plague isn't a card I had seen before, but it's not one I'd run in my playgroup tbh. Too oppressive. I like Obsidian Battle-Axe, my concern is that it's only useful if played by turn 3 (before I play my Commander). Otherwise it's just 6 mana to give my commander +2/1. I am still considering it though, cuz when you get it early it's very strong. I'm definitely adding Temporal Spring, just gotta figure out what to remove. Haven't seen that card before and it's so perfect here.

Too hard keeping up with everything these days. They snuck this legend past me! Built in indestructible is awesome. Exploit that. Bontu's Last Reckoning is neat tech. Possibly cut 2 lands for 2 more mana rocks to round out the full playset. Damnation is a good start. Spreading Plague is gooder.

Infiltrator's Magemark opens up all your auras

Obsidian Battle-Axe auto attach, haste AND mills 2 cards deeper

Unholy Grotto counter to sacrifice effects which will be coming your way for sure

Painful Memories, Memory Lapse, Hinder and Temporal Spring card selection for your well timed theft

I'm into the Temporal Spring include. I would recommend Portent for versatility and keeping it cheap. Other card includes might be The Lost and the Damned for more exile theme, and Sticky Fingers to get mana and hit more with Pako, Arcane Retriever Always keep in mind that you can't cast the spells exiled unless you control Haldan, Avid Arcanist so being able to give him shroud, hexproof, or totem armor might be good. Vanishing is budget, and very effective to protect him.

I'm going to second Recoil and add Temporal Spring (probably unlikely) and Contamination as a new art mythic rare (also probably unlikely).

For manipulating opponents' tops of libraries, here are some versatile spells:

Anchor to the Aether, Spin into Myth, Temporal Spring, Time Ebb, Whisk Away, Submerge, Expel from Orazca

Hi there! I would consider running a Library of Leng and a Thought Vessel. Your hand will get big quick and you don't want to be discarding stuff. You have great discard abilities that work well with Library of Leng such as Dreamscape Artist,Thought Courier and Merfolk Looter. You can discard a card to meet their requirements and put that card back on top of your library to and draw it again with Tatyova when you put a land into play. It's good synergy. I would cut Temporal Spring. It's a sorcery. I know it bounces a permanent unlike other similar spells but You should concentrate on instants that have a similar effect or even just a bounce effect. Maybe just a copy of Into the Roil? Ray of Command doesn't seem like it fits. If you had a sacrifice effect to use with it I'd say it would be worth running it. You have a great creature base so there's no real need to steal creatures. You run quite a few of them so having one to use as a blocker shouldn't be a problem. Other than that I don't see much I'd change without knowing how it plays out. If the above noted items I suggested are working out for you without changes then you are good to go. Just some input I thought you might consider. Great deck! Upvoted.

legendofa thanks, i will def consider Temporal Spring. I have no clue as to how i feel about using it, due to the fact i have yet to use this deck against other people tbh, so. If i do get the deck i will test how it feels though, thank you.
