Charred Foyer / Warped Space
Enchantment — Room
(You may cast either half of this spell, unlocking the door to that room when it enters. This card has the abilities, colour and mana cost of that room. As a sorcery, you may pay the mana cost of a locked door to unlock it. The abilities, colour and mana cost of that door are added to this permanent. If this enchantment enters without being cast, both rooms will be locked. Copying this enchantment also copies the locked status of the rooms.)

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play it this turn.
Warped Space
Once each turn, you may pay rather than pay the mana cost for a spell you cast from exile.

I've noticed a few* omissions, namely effects that let you pay an alternate cost - which can be less than the regular cost (Zombie creaturess: Rooftop Storm) or reduced by other effects (Samurai: Kentaro, the Smiling Cat).

Unfortunately, Charred Foyer / Warped Space doesn't allow you to do this. Warped Space lets you pay for a spell cast from exile, but it doesn't let you just cast spells from exile. You need another effect to make a card in exile castable, such as the card you exile with Charred Foyer or other impulse draw effects, or a creature like Bonecrusher Giant that's in exile 'on an adventure' after you cast Stomp.
Flashback lets you cast a card from the graveyard. It does not let you cast it from exile, and even if it did, you pay the flashback cost, which is different from the mana cost.

Does Charred Foyer / Warped Space interact with Flashback effects? For example, I cast Think Twice, goes to graveyard and cast for its flashback cost, goes to exile, then use Warped Space effect to cast Think Twice from exile. That last step where I cast it from exile, where does it go after? Back to exile or graveyard? Thanks for the help in advance.
