Hey, I'm new to MTG and I've wanted to make thematically a Blue Dragon/magic deck and came up with this with some research, though I understand that I needed a lot of red to make it happen. I've made some edits and thrown together a side pot of card depending what my friends throw at me.

I've had some great input before and tried to work with it, but any help from the people out there to rate/improve this deck would be amazing. Thanks!
