Back with another bunch of first person cards legendofa, mostly from the first Innistrad block. I compared lists and you already had some so I ignored those.

Definites:

Death's Caress

Faith's Shield

Increasing Devotion

Mystic Retrieval (also the Avacyn version of the card)

Thraben Doomsayer

Triumph of Cruelty

Questionables:

Frightful Delusion definitely FPP, but no hands from off screen.

Ghoulcaller's Bell

Night Terrors shadows are coming from the wrong direction, I don’t think this is from the perspective of the vampire

Sharpened Pitchfork perspective correct shadows, but no hands

Wooden Stake perspective too low I wager

Chalice of Death  Flip this could be a keeper

Elbrus, the Binding Blade  Flip might be from the viewpoint of the dying guy

Exquisite Blood probably a severed arm, even if not it doesn’t look like the view could be from whoever the arm belongs to.

My favorite budget Lifegain wincon is Wall of Limbs. Aetherflux Reservoir is too expensive and Chalice of Death  Flip is too inefficient.

Unfortunately, I think the Chalice of Life  Flip has the color identity because the Chalice of Death side has a color indicator, so wouldn't be legal in this deck.

Otherwise, I love the deck. Derevi is probably my favorite commander right now.

Not sure why it linked to that deck but Chalice of Death  Flip is a split card.

That's a good name! Straightforward yet elegant.

Maybe I'm not far enough away from teenager-ness, by my mind immediately went to possible puns. "The Brewery: Steaming Milk and Schemeing Mana since 2017" came to mind, but eh, it's a little clunky. Still not giving up on finding a coffee/MtG pun that doesn't involve Chalice of Death  Flip or Bogbrew Witch, though I think we should roll with Magic Lounge for the time being (:

I would say try to look at a Teysa, Orzhov Scion deck. It is a little more token/combo based instead of lifegain/drain, but they have a good amount of W/B cards that can go into any W/B deck.

One card I can say (depending on preference and what your playgroup allows) is Exquisite Blood . With sanguine bond, you immediately win through a loop. All you need is one life gain or an opponent to lose life.

Also, depending on your win preferences, you can run Serra Ascendant or Chalice of Life  Flip and its flip side Chalice of Death or even Felidar Sovereign .

In general, extort is more of a "bonus" than a reliable win con. Life gain is meant to be annoying, and constant. Imagine dropping a Phyrexian Processor and making 30/30's every turn, giving them lifelink, then repeating. Sound gross?

This deck has several win conditions in mind.1) Felidar Sovereign with enough life2) Aetherflux Resevoir for direct damage3) Chalice of Death  Flip for direct damage, especially earlier in the game4) Deal damage with creatures when possible, generally with some angels from Luminarch Ascension, Ajani's Pridemate and other creatures that can get buff.

This is not meant to be an aggressive deck but perhaps it can afford to. Any suggestions on the deck?

While it would be totally possible to play Rishkar, Peema Renegade, I would stay away from it for a few reasons,

  1. Variance: Given that this deck already needs a certain handful of cards in order to combo off, you are just making the deck more janky and less consistent, as most decks in modern can easily deal with Rishkar and creatures like him, since decks like Affinity are rampaging across the format. In addition, the usage of non-mana dork creatures only increases the chance that you will not be able to combo off as fast or at all in certain situations, and I don't think Rishkar has enough value to be played in this deck.

  2. Rishkar's cmc is 3, which means that instead of comboing off, you've instead decided to play a 2/2 (or 3/3) and thats about it, if anything, more tutors/card filtering is what I would look towards, as the combo is fun and all, but if you don't start with it, it seems that you'll have trouble getting all the pieces for it.

  3. As a sidenote, Academy Ruins would be outstanding as a one-two of, as it solves the problem of "Oh, I just lost my scepter to Thoughtseize" as this is how Lantern Control solved that problem.

  4. If you were going after 3 drops, the only real efficient 3 drops to play with this kind of deck strategy would be to play cards like Ensnaring Bridge, as it can be a total blowout for aggro.

  5. Since you are building a scepter lists, here's one online that seems to have a similar plan to yours, but wins through Chalice of Death instead. I think this list has some great ideas you could look at.

Scepter List

Those are my thoughts on it, if you think that it'll work, I'd try it out, as your lists stands, taking out other cards just seems less effective.
