"I'd tap that." This deck was inspired by my disgust of the recommendations for Derevi on EDHREC.com and the appreciation of JLK's "Tim" Deck from The Command Zone podcast. On EDHREC, Derevi is really used as a good card by herself and the 99 is mostly based around a toolbox of good stuff within bant or completely degenerate stax, which just seemed boring to me. Seeing as Derevi can always be cast for 4 mana (at instant speed I mind you) I found it amazing that more decks weren't built around her untapping ability. So I tried to find a healthy mix between tap abilities, untap abilities, and fliers/ unblockable/ double strike to trigger Derevi's ability all while remaining close to a $50 budget.

Edit: I moved overbudget and generally degenerate cards into the Maybe Board.
