Let's face it. Modern is a sinking Shipwreck. After the shit storm that was 2019, and the resulting bannings, it's not worth it to play or hold any cards of value in modern, if your favorite deck might get banned out of existence, and your $300 cards worthless. In all this chaos it's good to have some consistency. The consistency in this deck is it's inconsistency. how it works is you play Blistercoil Weird and equip it with Paradise Mantle. Using these you can storm off with the decks 38 cantrips. Each spell you play can be cast using the mana from Blistercoil Weird and the mantle untapping itself. Eventually if you don't fizzle after the third card, you grapeshot the opponent and swing for lethal. Think storm, but less consistent and more satisfying to see the mixture of shock and confusion on your opponent's face. It also makes for quick games, as it takes about 2-4 turns to decide whether or not you just concede the match. This deck also features "synergy" in the form of Thought Scour and Visions of Beyond because this is truly high level magic. This deck will be hilariously fun until Wizards realize how incredibly powerful blistercoil weird is, and ban it off the face of the planet.
