The deck is based on Willbreaker. His ability can and will easily win you the game if he's not answered; black is the only color with plenty of ways to kill it (the new smother, the 4/3 OP elf, ...) but against everything else he has a fair chance of surviving several turns and win the game for you.
Card choices:
Anointer of Champions
is not that great if you don't have Willbreaker, but when you do he shuts down any attacker which is pretty big. It's a great rattlesnake card.
Dauntless River Marshal
has a great body for its cost and a repeatable ability which lets you steal creatures over and over. It's also amazing to tap down enemy creatures before they attack or at their end of turn.
Kinsbaile Skirmisher
is cheap and triggers Willbreaker. I play him over other two drops because of that synergy alone, and so far I've had good results.
Heliod's Pilgrim
should fetch Grasp of the Hieromancer but I didn't find any in my card packs. The other options available are not gamebreaking but they work.
Claustrophobia
is removal and
Nimbus Wings
pumps and steals creatures if need be.
Knightly Valor
is nice late game to get some board presence.
Whirler Rogue should be
Kytheon's Irregulars
but I don't have any. It's not that bad though, being three bodies and an activated ability to steal creatures that costs no mana.
Disperse
,
Bone to Ash
and
Celestial Flare
is my removal suite. Bone to Ash is definitely not Cryptic Command but it's doing okay. I might swap it for something else as I unlock more cards. Disperse and Flare are great against aura decks and I like them more than Reprisal.
Rogue's Passage is great with Willbreaker since it's hard to remove and I can use it every turn.
The rest is fairly straightforward. I usually win with
Soulblade Djinn
pumping a team of stolen creatures.
