When Hedrons Align (Standard MTG Deck)

So, I changed this from a Sphinx's Tutelage mill deck to a Hedron Alignment control deck. The new playstyle is leave up mana for counters or removal, use Tasigur to manipulate your hedrons, and use any left over mana to scry at opponent's end step. The shell is very similar, but there were slight changes to the card advantage engine and an upgraded removal suite.
