Goal is to get early presence with Shambling Goblin and Putrid Leech leading into Gempalm Polluter / Viscera Dragger for draw or Gray Merchant of Asphodel. The goblins hold their own very well, trading with 2 toughness creatures or threatening 1/1 support pieces.

Echoing Decay is for tokens and cards like Squadron Hawk while Tragic Slip is for big dudes that are a pain cough Ulamog's Crusher.

Strength of Night is for the big hits

Current thoughts:

1) Seeing if running 4 Evolving Wilds in addition to the Barren Moor is too slow.

2) (Maybe the most important) I have no idea on the sideboard. Choking Sands is for Tron and other decks, the rest is just random.

3) Darkness is on the wishlist considering how expensive each card is and the format is called "Pauper"
