This is my new Izzet deck that is safe for the rotation. Might add some new things once Khans rotates in. I'm open to any suggestions you may have.

The plan is to keep the opponent's board clear with Circle of Flame + Polymorphist's Jest , Lightning Strike and various other burn spells. There's plenty of counters and other spell fodder for the Spellheart Chimera. Steam Augury gives big card draw and forces the opponent to make a tough decision, while the Vortex Elemental makes opponents think twice before attacking.

Win conditions include burn spells, especially rapid firing them with Chandra, Pyromaster, swinging for big flying damage with the Chimera, and direct burns with Keranos, God of Storms. Dictate of the Twin Gods doubles the damage from Keranos and burn spells.

I call it Taco Bell control since you get a circle of flame of your own about an hour after eating there.

CHANGES

Replaced Divination with Jace's Ingenuity. Moved all copies of Anger of the Gods to the sideboard as I think it's more situational, since it threatens my creatures too. Scouring Sands also got moved to sideboard, while Dictate of the Twin Gods and an extra Dissolve are in on the mainboard. Cleaned up the sideboard a bit and added Illusory Angel to it.

Took cowboy_hippie's advice and added 3x Generator Servant to help the deck ramp faster. Moved Magma Spray and 1x Dictate of the Twin Gods to the sideboard, dropped Battlefield Thaumaturge and 1x Scouring Sands from the sideboard.
