Use Moltensteel Dragon and Immolating Souleater to kill people, simple as that.

IDEALLY:

Turn 1: Plains, Children of Korlis .

Turn 2: Mountain, Immolating Souleater .

Turn 3: Land, Emerge Unscathed or Gods Willing and Double Cleave on Immolating Souleater , activate its ability 9 times to make it a 10/1 and lose 18 life. Sacrifice Children of Korlis to gain back 18 life (just in case) and swing for 20.

OTHER CARD EXPLANATIONS:

Moltensteel Dragon: This is used as an alternate finisher to Immolating Souleater .

Spirit Link : Helps gain back half the life you lost due to power ramps. If the creature has double strike or there are separate occurrences of spirit link, you can break even on life.

Battle Mastery: Double strike every turn is pretty damn good.

Generator Servant : Gets a hasty Immolating Souleater or Moltensteel Dragon out on turn 3.

Magmatic Insight: Gets rid of extra lands and fills with more important cards. Also looks cool.

Gods Willing/Emerge Unscathed: Gives my combos protection.

Magma Jet: Grants more control for longer games.

I know this combo is frail, but fun nontheless!P.S. Keep in mind that this is on an extreme budget.
