I recently had a dream about Sphinx's Tutelage and thought, what could be more fun than making a deck that wins by drawing a victory? I mean, I enjoy a good mill deck and I wanted to make a mono-blue one for a while so here we are.

The primary focus is just insane card draw coupled with a little control and to win by successfully milling our opponent(s) or drawing out to a Laboratory Maniac. Like Turbo Stasis, people are first cool with the card draw until something hits that they are not prepared for.

Sideboard includes Ivory Towers against aggressive/grindy decks, Gush for extra card draw (synergizes with Trade Routes), Rhystic Study to slow down opponents and play mind games, and Visions of Beyond for cheap card draw (would replace Treasure Cruise most likely).

Maybe Board contains Jin-Gitaxias to shut down opponents as well as Braids/Show and Tell to get him out early since he's so damn expensive but I feel this is too clunky. Board also includes Jhessian Thief for an early game creature that can get out of hand with Prowess, Sphinx of the Final Word mostly for protection, and the seemingly obligatory Howling Mine (HM is sitting in the Maybe section because I don't know that I want my opponents to get extra cards though I know it can help end them once the mill engine gets going).
