Resolve Madcap Experiment with Pact back-up ---> Profit

Don't Madcap Experiment until you feel your angel is safe or you feel forced to do it. Deciding when Tolaria West is a land or a pact and when you have time to search for a pact is key. 2-3x Blood Moon and a fetch mana base would be great if you want to spend tix on it. I'm not so sure about Simian Spirit Guide when you don't have Blood Moons. It feels like they make your good match-ups better. You might just want something like 2x Dispel and 2 lands instead.
