cheapie mono red modern deck intended with no rares.

Most mono-red burn modern decks use Goblin Guide and there isn't a cheap replacement. Mogg Fanatic and Goblin Fireslinger are possible. I'm going with Blistercoil Weird for the buffing, and untap/block tricks that opponents have to consider.

I originally had 4x Slith Firewalker but found that for RR, while it had haste and could snowball into a big creature, it rarely won the game for me. I replaced them with 3x Stormblood Berserker and added another Young Pyromancer to enable more convoke spells.

Magma Jet gives up damage at the bonus of scry2. If you're running on fumes on turn 5, scry2 can help get that magic topdeck to save the game.

I'm running 1 Thunderous Wrath which I'm treating essentially as a fifth Lightning Bolt and taking out the fourth Lava Spike There is only a 11% chance of drawing it in the opening hand. Don't run more than one.

Flames of the fire brand are solid, but I don't have any and they actually cost more than most rares. If you have them, replace the Lightning Strikes and a Magma Jet

Stoke the Flames help kill fatties, and pyromancer should generate enough tokens to help with convoke. I'm considering running another one.

v3 may add another Young Pyromancer so that it may make sense to run Massive Raid as another win condition.
