This deck is a normal g/u evolve based deck that can out maneuver any opponent if given half a chance. Trust me a few +1/+1 counters start to add up quickly and before they know it you have more creatures that are over 3/3 for any opponent to deal with. C&C welcome as well as some sideboard ideas
What, no Experiment One ? Trust me, in a deck with cards as high CMC as yours, you need more 1-drops. The only ones you have at the moment are the 4 Cloudfin Raptor s, and the only 2-drops you've got are the Gyre Sage s.
Now, a few problems with the deck in general: At the moment, most standard decks are either blisteringly fast, or removal-heavy, or both. Seems like the only protection against removal you've got is Simic Charm and even that won't help against, say, a Supreme Verdict . You can't even counter the verdict with Dissolve , assuming you have one in your hand.
I don't mean to bash your deck, but your control (UW or UWr) matchup is pretty bad, since you have no way to deal with Verdict; mono-black devotion will kill your creatures before you can make them big enough to do some damage (and even if they do get big, your opponent will still kill them); green-red monsters can probably get out bigger stuff faster than you can; and any other deck (such as my GW Heroic) will probably kill you too fast for you to do anything. (Just a few examples, as those first three are kinda popular in the current meta. If they're nonexistent at your LGS, though, then go for it, I guess.)
Believe me, I really want to make a deck like this that would work in standard. I just haven't done it, though, because I can't find a way to make it viable.

so, other than adding experiment ones and alpha authority how else can I improve this deck? Are you telling me the meta is so fast that nobody runs big creatures?
I'm tyring not to just copy/paste a deck from a premade or a net deck
