Here's my Rakdos aggro deck I've built. I still need to get some cards for it, but it works out very well. I went 3-1 two weeks in a row at FNM.
This deck is built around evasion. I want to make sure my dudes consistently hit while killing my opponent's creatures with spells. I use Madcap Skills, and some flyers to punch right through to the face. Add a few pump up spells, and POOF. Turn 4 wins!

Chandra's Phoenix- Fast red flyer, combos great with Madcap Skills
Mogis's Marauder- Intimidate in red is great. Awesome way to clear a path for that final swing.
Madcap Skills- Without this, RDW is nothing.
Armed / Dangerous- Combo it with madcap skills for a big hit.
Blinding Flare
-This deck is built around connecting my creatures with your face. This card is cheap, and does just that.

T2 Mountain, Ash Zealot, swing 4. Opponent, 16.T3 Any Land, Madcap Skills and Titan's Strength on Ash Zealot, swing Ash Zealot for 8. Opponent, 8.T4, Swamp, Doom Blade one of their creatures if necessary, then another Madcap Skills onAsh Zealot. Swing lethal.
