Similar to the Esper version, Esper Flicker Bulk, MW Flicker Bulk tries to utilize flicker/blink effects. White has a difficult time drawing cards by itself, though. In order to get around this we play 3 Thraben Inspector and 3 Pilgrim's Eye. Abomination of Gudul is still decent to help draw cards, too.

In this version we want to get as many flying threats, or Golems as we can to close out the game. Sensor Splicer is a decent mono white large token maker.

Azorius Arrester is helpful to slow down the opponent, and Loyal Cathar   is a repeatable threat.
