I'm building around Phylactery Lich because no one at my local game store likes it. It has been deemed a bad card, but I like it.So I'm trying a list of artifacts and black creatures and spells that will help it along. I mean it is a 5/5 indestructible for three mana, so thats not bad. I guess it's more of a control deck. I play some stuff you probably should sideboard in the main. But the goal is to keep the lich safe in mono black so here's the list.
