This deck is a pretty typical zoo list, but with a slightly larger emphasis on big beefy one drops. The benefit of hitting all of your land drops is that you are most likely to accompany them with a creature per land, which can be backbreaking if your opponent can't deal with a constant steady stream of wild animals. Plus if your opponent shoots down Kird Ape, the internet will turn on them, so you have that route to victory as well.
