This is my premier deck for Guilds of Ravnica. It is built around Omnispell Adept + Apex of Power . The combo is pretty straight forward: Play Omnispell Adept, activate to play Apex of Power for super cheap, play a bunch of spells. It's super fun to play and very cheap to build.
