Uses the heroic mechanic to give creatures counters for Vorel of the Hull Clade to interact with. Kiora's Follower allows you to double the use of Vorel of the Hull Clade . I threw in some cards that could help in the cause such as Master Biomancer to give any creature an extra 2+ counters. Used Elite Arcanist gives you multiple uses of your spells for heroic. I threw in a couple of single copies that I want to test out with the deck like Prophet of Kruphix Triton Fortune Hunter Wavecrash Triton and Curse of the Swine . Have not built the sideboard yet but that will come after the rigorous testing. If you have any suggestions feel free to comment.
