A fun budget deck focusing on pumping your dudes full of steroids (aka counters) and killing your foes in just a few blows. Has performed well for me in testing against other strong Standard decks.

Only running 1x Fleecemane, Rhino and Command and 2x Windswept Heath for budget reasons.
