I have been waiting for the Green M13 Event Deck to be released. I wanted to modify the deck enough to be somewhat competitive and expound on the ETB/bounce feature of Conjurer's Closet and Thragtusk. It helps to have Roaring Primadox available to replay cards like Elvish Visionary, Borderland Ranger, and Stonehorn Dignitary at the beginning of the turn.

I have read about the Fiend Hunter/Cloudshift mechanic, but trying to explain how the stack works to my group of friends is like trying to explain Quantum Mechanics to a slug. I will swap these out in October unless advised to do so now.

I have included Intrepid Hero and Rancor to be the creature control combo which I will definitely need when Stonehorn rotates out.

I am considering adding at least two Cloudshifts in place of the Primeval Titan and one other card. I'd use these mainly to protect the Intrepid Hero.

Come October I will have to drop some key cards to remain Standard. I may just relegate this deck to casual play because it works extremely well so far.Razorverge ThicketStonehorn DignitaryStingerfling SpiderBlade SplicerLead the StampedeGreen Sun's Zenith

These are not the core mechanics of the deck, but without them, the deck will be much weaker unless RtR can compensate with another G/W dual land and some ETB creatures.

I definitely need to add some artifact removal to the SB in case or Torpor Orb. Artifact removal may be good to have in the full deck to begin with though.
