This is a burn deck that uses Guttersnipe to kill ure opponent, because guttersnipe does the damage blue disruption can be played and curiosity can get you a lot of cards, hope you like it. Tips are always welcome.

Edit: I want to keep it cheap, under 20$, but ofcourse you could upgrade the lands and put in lightning bolt and so forth.
