This is a build I came up with shortly after the RTR release because I wanted a cheap, fun deck to play with my friends. It started off as an Izzet deck but I recently rebuilt with black added. The idea is to use Guttersnipe as a removal, and also a kill condition, while you can cipher onto the Invisible Stalker for a repeated 2 damage, and clone or token effect. If they kill your guttersnipe you can always enchant the stalker with +2/+2 and try to kill. Over all, it is a fun, cheap deck, and most of the spells can be changed for what you have access to, and what you like. If you came here because it says budget in the Hubs, just swap out the duals and you're good to go! Note the cards under "acquire" are things that would make the deck even better so if you aren't on a budget it's a good idea to get a hold of those.
