It's Tropical Merfolk- the aggressive edition! With the printing of Merfolk Mistbinder, I have 12 lords at 2 CMC. This is a more aggressive build, but keeps the classic tempo feel with Spell Pierce and Spreading Seas. I've in cluded two copies of Kopala over Kira for two reasons- first and foremost, the creature type is very important here, and second, I personally like Kopala's interaction against premium removal, like Path of Exile or Fatal Push. The sideboard is fairly standard- graveyard hate via Relic, Dismember to dismember annoying blockers, Ceremonious Rejection for Tron variants, Natural State for Artifact based decks, along with Negate and an extra Spell Pierce for the counters of choice.
