Ever since Drake Haven was spoiled, I've wanted to make the cycling deck. This is my first real try at it; originally this was a control deck, but I realized that I had no idea what I was doing (also the Haven synergy wasn't there) so I scrapped it.
Thraben Inspector: Easy T1 play. Simple as that.
Fatal Push: We're playing black here. No reason not to.
Censor, Scarab Feast, Cast Out, Hieroglyphic Illumination, Horror of the Broken Lands, Curator of Mysteries: I think we all know why these are here. One mana cyclers make this deck really work.
Drake Haven, Faith of the Devoted, Horror of the Broken Lands, Curator of Mysteries, Archfiend of Ifnir:Cycling payoffs, another no-brainier. Archfiend has the additional benefit of bricking small creatures and go-wide decks.
Commit / Memory: You're going to be throwing away a large portion of your deck, so having a way to recycle your graveyard is rather helpful.
New Perspectives: Obvious, but 6 mana is prohibitively high.
In some random goldfishing, I feel that the deck lacks real 1- and 2-mana plays. I don't know if its more correct to aressively cycle or add Ruthless Sniper/Shadowstorm Vizier or a one-drop like Mausoleum Wanderer (if only they were spirits, not drakes!).
