When I first started playing magic M12ish. I came up with a standard version of this deck but went on Hiatus. Now I would like to play the deck again but in Modern. I would love recommendation and advice. I would also like to know how to deal with game enders such as Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger as green/black. Thanks in advance!

Personally, I feel the counters in the deck is scattered and spread thin. However, I do have Treasured Find to return any beneficial counters. Also, I don't want this to be a "control" deck, but rather use the deck to combo the creatures. So I am looking for a good pattern of removal, and/or counters to my creatures.
