A mono black deck your opponents will find really anoying. The first half of the game consist in making them discard, the second half is pure destruction of their stuff every turn. Draw cards, bring your creatures back from your graveyard and steal from theirs.

The sideboard is used mainly against control decks that don't use creatures at all or decks that play a lot of tokens. You won't need to sideboard against most other decks.
